I found this place randomly as it was close to where I was staying. The ambience is really cozy and inviting. It’s hip but warm. The food was better than I expected. The entire staff is really kind and sweet. It was such a great experience that I came back the next night.

I loved this brasserie. The food was of very high quality, and the service was spotless. It's very busy at noon with locals, and I suppose even more. I'll be coming back here.

I had the best Steak Frites ever. It literally melted in my mouth! The Serrano ham and cheese were just perfectly fresh and soft, and not too salty like the what I had at the US. The service was excellent and friendly and the outside seating atmosphere was perfectly quaint and relaxing (Parisian Bistro)

Great place for a quick delicious bite. We were upstairs, which probably helped to make it cozy and us staying longer. But the downstairs is just as enjoyable. Very welcoming staff and food hit all the right spots.

Fantastic spot with a true local vibe! Le Carreau is a great place to eat with very few tourists — most of the guests are locals, which makes it perfect for striking up a conversation. We had the roasted Camembert with honey and nuts (my daughter’s favorite), a croque-monsieur, and a hamburger — everything was absolutely delicious! This is my third visit, and Le Carreau has officially become a must-stop every time I’m in Paris.

Juliette was the sweetest server. She was kind and just so nice. The tartare was one of the best ones I have had in Paris. Would recommend.

Read a review that the steak frites were the juiciest they had their whole trip…came in to see for myself and was not disappointed. 10/10 The only thing I did not like was the sauce.
